“The Cliff” offers an incredible rental experience.
Located on a "cliff" the property has stunning unobstructed water views. Great location...close to beaches, transportation and a variety of restaurants.

Modern and tastefully furnished, this 4 bedroom/ 4 bath home which accommodates a maximum of 8 people.
The house is on two levels and boasts a large swimming pool and pool deck area overlooking the water.
The photos of the property do not fully reflect the beauty of the property...it is gorgeous!!

Please note that the monthly rent is inclusive of weekly cleaning of interior & exterior area, landscaping, pool cleaning & maintenance, water and cable/internet. Also if you rent or use an electric car, there are two charge points at the property are included in the rent.

On main level is the kitchen, a chef's dream with contemporary white cabinets, granite counter tops and large island. It is open plan with a breakfast nook area along with another island with bar stools... leads out to a balcony.
From kitchen enter a formal dining room and adjacent to that is a spacious living room with a fireplace. You can access an expansive balcony from both dining room and living room area.
This level is completed by two bedrooms /two bathrooms.. master bedroom with king bed and 2nd bedroom with two single beds that can be made into a king size bed . One ensuite bathroom..experience Zen moments in this spa-like bathroom.
Walk down stairs by living room to lower level which consist of two bedrooms both with queen size beds/ two bathrooms both ensuite, office space and lounge/bar area. All areas lead out to pool area for your convenience .
The pool deck runs the entire length of the house and great for entertaining or just lounging and enjoying the beautiful views. Leading from pool deck, walk down some steps to a rocky platform area close to water's edge.

Please note below pertains and is applicable to Short Term Rentals:

Short-term/Long-Term - Off Season Rate is $1200/day (September to March)
Short-term/Long-Term - In Season Rate is $1500/day(April to August)

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking but after that if you cancel by 3:00pm one week from arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund minus the 4.5% Vacation Rental
fee charges on the cancelled fee amount. Maximum occupancy is 8 people.

Rate is inclusive of WiFi, *electricity and usage of two charge points if you rent an electric Renault Twizy car.
*Note that there is a ceiling on electricity usage and if it exceeds that amount, it will be the responsibility of the guests.

Additional Charges:

A 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be processed on total rental amount.
Cleaning fee of $250 based on a one week stay. Additional cleaning services are available at $30/hour.
